The project

Luxury and Prestige are a specialist property marketing agency, working with exceptional homes in and around the prestigious Sandbanks area. With an offering that combines deep market knowledge, high-end media production, and bespoke marketing strategies, Luxury and Prestige are known for elevating how premium properties are brought to market.

As the luxury property space continues to evolve, Luxury and Prestige recognised the need for a refreshed brand that would reflect their forward-thinking approach. They approached Make Studio to create and launch a new identity that matched their ambition, spoke directly to their high-net-worth audience, and stood out confidently in a highly competitive sector.

The approach

Our task was to design a brand that reflects the modern face of luxury, elegant but not predictable, confident without being arrogant. Through workshops and strategic development, we worked closely with the team to understand their values, how they work, and what their clients expect from a premium marketing partner.

We focused on developing a brand that balances prestige with progressiveness. The tone of voice was refined yet bold, aiming to speak clearly and directly to a discerning audience. Visually, we introduced a fresh energy, stepping away from traditional luxury tropes to create something more distinctive and modern.

Black, white, pink and lime

Brave sophistication with a modern twist

The solution

The new identity is led by a contemporary wordmark, supported by a high-contrast palette of rich black, neon lime, and rose pink. This creates a visual language that feels both timeless and current. Typography plays an important role, combining the sharp clarity of Aeonik with a characterful serif for headlines, allowing flexibility and a sense of personality throughout the brand. At the centre of the identity is a graphic cross, representing the relationships, expertise, and connections that define the business. This device is used across marketing materials, giving the brand a unique and recognisable element.

To bring the identity to life online, we led a complete website redesign, including the creation of a bespoke brand film. We also commissioned new photography with Rama Knight, capturing styled interiors and refreshed team headshots that reflect the updated brand direction. Behind-the-scenes imagery was also included to give a more personal and professional view of how the team works. Since launching, the rebrand has been received with enthusiasm and has already helped Luxury and Prestige strengthen their position in the market. Their trust in the boldest of our creative routes has resulted in a confident, distinctive identity that reflects their ambition and expertise.
