Make Studio is excited to be working on helping BCP council create a new name and brand for the urban regeneration company they are creating for the conurbation. This new company is being set up to help regenerate the area as a whole, not just developments in isolation. The total GDV of sites across the conurbation has been identified as £2.2 billion.
This significant undertaking has required the recruitment of a number of regeneration experts to take leadership roles, including Gail Mayhew as Managing Director. This new senior management team will take the URC to prestigious property events such as the MIPIM conference in Canne to attract international investors, thus needing a name and branding that can ‘stand out’ in a competitive space.
This project is resonating with the Make Studio team as following the Studio’s internal mantra of ‘affecting your environment’; the team are very passionate for the project to be a success as with all members of staff living across the conurbation, the success of this business will create a positive impact.
