We would like to update you on some exciting news about the future of our business. As of June this year we have finalised the sale of We Are Mega Ltd to Make Studio. Conversations have taken place since the start of the year and were completed mid-June.
Mega is a brand and digital design agency, who’ve been creating beautiful work over the last five years, with clients such as LUSH cosmetics, Elliot Brown watches, Go Cardless, LastMinute.com and Legal and General. The acquisition provides a significant growth opportunity for both businesses across a number of sectors with a focus on innovation products in the B2B and B2C markets.
Andy Russell will become a shareholding director of Make Studio and take on the role of Creative Director. Lawrence Donald who opted to exit the business in May will continue working with Make Studio in a freelance capacity. This is to support existing and new projects we have recently won.
