Make Studio is excited to unveil our rebrand of Luxury and Prestige – an exclusive property marketing agency specialising in bespoke marketing for exceptional luxury homes. Serving the prestigious Sandbanks residential market, their innovative approach combines unparalleled expertise, cutting-edge media, and market-leading tools to showcase each property’s unique story.
As the luxury property market evolves, our challenge was to create a brand identity that reflects this transformation. Striving for excellence means daring to stand out, making bold statements and redefining how modern luxury is perceived. By embracing a contemporary and bold aesthetic, we have crafted an identity that positions Luxury and Prestige at the forefront of this market, resulting in a brand with bold sophistication and cutting-edge technical expertise.
The new identity features a contemporary wordmark and a striking and memorable colour palette. A rich, luxurious black is juxtaposed with neon lime and rose pink, striking a balance between timeless elegance and innovative flair. This philosophy extends to the brand’s typography. The precision of Aeonik is paired with a distinctive and characterful serif typeface for headlines, enabling dynamic and expressive typographic executions.
At the heart of the brand lies a graphic cross, a visual representation of the relationships and connections central to the business. This cross is used throughout the marketing assets to help give them a unique defining element.
The rebrand is supported by a complete website rebuild, including a bespoke brand film, which leads a suite of marketing materials, both digital and in print. Together, these elements position Luxury and Prestige at the forefront of the market, embodying their new identity with confidence and distinction.
We also undertook new photography, with Rama Knight, to elevate the website, shooting new interior styles, and also aligning the headshots of the team to the new look of the brand. Behind the scenes shots were important to communicate their proposition professionally.
