Project Manager

About the role:

A significant opportunity for a creative industry professional to join a growing agency to Project Manage across a variety of platforms and media. You will have the experience to implement best practice project management methodologies and will be responsible for running some of the agencies most high profile accounts. The role involves planning and facilitating a clear channel of communication across the agency and being a daily contact for our clients, aligning expectations and helping deliver project objectives and of course, most importantly, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on budget. As a visual campaign-led agency, our work covers all aspects of marketing communications from campaign messaging, design, digital, print, film, motion graphics and CGI.

 

Key responsibilities:

Be responsible for the management of the whole studio, performing the following tasks and roles:

  • – Be the first point of contact for organisation and realisation on assigned projects
  • – Define the structure, goals and constraints of a project (deadlines, milestones and creative and financial estimates/proposals where appropriate)
  • – Plan projects, understanding the resources needed to deliver it effectively
  • – Communicate to all participants the project objectives, timelines and constraints – Manage project team expectations
  • – Conflict resolution of both resources and people
  • – Monitoring project costs, time and quality
  • – Ensure delivery is always of high quality and on time

 

About you:

  • – Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • – A resourceful creative thinker and planner
  • – Great team player and leader
  • – Ability to deliver against tight and complex timelines
  • – Passionate and open minded
  • – Ability to manage multiple and competing work priorities, demands
  • – Mac literate
  • – Experience using project management or database software (Experience with -Basecamp and Harvest is a bonus)
  • – Great knowledge of Microsoft Office Qualifications and Experience:
  • – Degree and/or equivalent qualification
  • – Minimum 3 years agency experience
